Ghost I - Rates & Details

CHARTER RATES
November – January

$1,750 per hour (Min. 4 hours)

February – March

$1,550 per hour (Min. 3 hours)

April – October

$1,350 per hour (Min. 3 hours)

36 - Standing cocktails

15 Formal Dining / 36 Buffet Dining

6 - Overnight / Live Aboard

Waitstaff: (1 waitstaff per 10 guests) (for formal dining or additional cocktails we may require additional wait staff on top of normal ratio)

$400 (up to 4 hours) per waitstaff.
$50 per waitstaff per hour for every hour in excess of 4 hours.

Chef (for charters longer than 4 hours)

$350 per hour for up to 4 hours, $100 per chef per hour for each hour more than 4 hours.
Please confirm number of chefs required for your event.

Waitstaff rates are $400 for up to 4 hours, then $50 per hour per waitstaff for each hour in excess of 4 hours. Ratio must be 1 waitstaff per 10 guests.

For formal dining or additional cocktails, we may require additional wait staff on top of normal ratio.

WHARF FEES:
$50 per wharf

BYO FEES:
• $500 catering
• $25 pp beverages

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise.
2. All prices are inclusive of GST.
3. 30% Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) applies to all overnight, multi day and weekly charters
4. 25% vessel hire surcharge applies on Public Holidays (excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve).
5. 100% Chef and Waitstaff surcharge applies on Public Holidays (excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve).

61-80 guests: $3,400
81-100 guests: $3,600
101-110 guests: $3,800

November to March (min. 4 hours)

Up to 60 guests: $3,500
61-80 guests: $3,700
81-100 guests: $3,900
101-110 guests: $4,100

Overnight 24 hours for up to 12 guests (except December and public holidays)

$30,000 + APA

Relocation Fee to Pittwater

$3,500 (Note: only 12 guests can be onboard during travel to/from Pittwater)

1 wait staff per 10 guests, minimum of 2 wait staff (for formal dining we require additional 2 wait staff on top of standard ratio)

Formal Dining

Fees may apply for furniture removal and storage.
