Staff (as required)

Waitstaff: (1 waitstaff per 10 guests)

$300 (up to 4 hours) per waitstaff. $50 per waitstaff per hour for every hour in excess of 4 hours.

Chef (for charters longer than 4 hours)

$70 per hour for each chef. Please confirm number of chefs required for your event.

PLEASE NOTE: Chef fee included for 4 hour charter provided food costs exceeded $1000. Chef is $70 per hour per chef for each hour after that.

Waitstaff rates are $300 for first 4 hours then $50 per hour for each hour thereafter, Ratio must be 1 waitstaff per 10 guests.
